We've divided our normal working group and meeting facilitation into four groupings:

Key Meetings: This grouping includes Conflict Resolution, Partnership Issues, and Initial Founding Boards.

Senior Teams: This includes management teams, key working groups and Boards.

City Councils: This includes Priority Setting, Goal Setting, Team Building and the facilitation of public meetings and consensus building processes.

Longer Processes: This includes working process that stretch over a sequence of meetings that extend over months or even a year.

In addition to these areas we have applied facilitation to the other topics - conflict resolution, strategy work, dilemmas thinking and to the development of SmartGroups™.
